Laporan inovatif dari Food Culture Alliance (FCA) Indonesia dan GAIN ini membuka perspektif baru dengan mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai sosial Katolik\u2014seperti martabat manusia, moderasi, dan solidaritas\u2014dapat menggerakkan perubahan perilaku konsumsi pangan.
